We purchased the Cuisinart TOB-195 and it's remarkable how great this small oven performs. We have a large All Gas Thermador Oven and everytime we want to bake or broil anything you have to heat the large oven to complete the task. With the small Cuisinart you can broil, bake or heat up items in a small amount of time and use very little electricity. We had been looking at these for a long time, just can't understand why it took so long to purchase one. We very seldom use the big oven any more.
